A Day in the Life of a Vivaldi Child: Stepping into Campus Life and Learning Routines

2026.06.13·Community

Through a day's campus experience, learn how Vivaldi arranges music, English, sports, and diverse activities to accompany children as they begin their learning

A day in the VIA: Here, learning happens naturally, exploration unfolds freely

At 8:30 in the morning, the children gradually entered the campus

Classical music flows through the air, gently turning on the brain. Before the first class at 9 a.m., this blank space belongs entirely to the child. Those who want to immerse themselves in the fragrance of books walk into the library, those who want to stretch their muscles head to the gym and dance studio, those who want to express their colors stay in the art room; Or simply sitting quietly in your seat, listening to the student anchor's morning news, and meditating in meditation. This is a canvas rooted in music, where the brilliance of each day unfolds calmly.

At exactly nine o'clock, there was no piercing bell

In its place is a familiar melody that gently reminds the child: a day's journey of learning has begun. Naturally, English greetings between teachers and students come and go. Here, English is never a subject to rote memorization, but a daily instinct for daily communication.

In the first class, we broke the traditional class framework and implemented a running class system. In solid foundational subjects, children sit side by side with peers of different ages, learning according to their own proficiency levels.

Some people can already read fluently, while others are focused on practicing pronunciation. Teachers provide customized guidance for different starting points, so children don't need to compare themselves to others; they just need to focus on steadily walking their own pace.

Vibrant sports time

Before the event, the school prepared a lavish "Snack World": a cup of warm milk, a classic Hong Ruizhen sandwich, or a nutritious fried egg, to recharge the energy of children who didn't have time for breakfast. Today is swimming class. Change into gear and conduct a thorough safety drill before entering the water. In the water, children learn to control their breathing, feel the current, and adjust their rhythm, repeatedly overcoming their awe and nervousness toward water. When the child swims back and forth and surfaces, their faces are not tense or competitive but full of confident smiles that say, "I did it."

At noon, a steaming hot and delicious dish was served

Whether it's the famous Weifeng pork floss with Chinese side dishes, healthy and filling burgers, or Western pasta, the kids indulge in all the dishes and set a record of 'zero food waste.' After meals, the children crawl into comfortable sleeping bags and enjoy a leisurely half-hour rest to recharge for the afternoon's learning.

The movement studied in the afternoon continued to be played

The first period is Vivaldi's most proud music class, where each child follows a personalized schedule and receives daily one-on-one instrument instruction. The piano sounds crisp, the violin melodious, and the entire building seems to be bathed in a Renaissance artistic atmosphere. We firmly believe that music can inspire the brain and logical thinking. In math class, teachers skillfully use rhythm and mnemonics to help children understand abstract patterns; During reading time, children calmly browse through books to cultivate concentration and comprehension. Here, music, language, and discipline naturally intertwine; knowledge is no longer fragmented but a profound and profound liberal foundation.

Afternoon mixed-age activities

Children collaborate across age groups to solve problems. Older children naturally show leadership, younger children bravely try new ideas, and everyone finds their own value in being "needed" within the team.

Before school ends, the children organize their backpacks on their own and say goodbye to the teacher in fluent English. Students participating in after-school clubs enjoy exquisite afternoon tea snacks before continuing to engage in their favorite specialty courses or participating in remedial lessons carefully arranged by the school. At 4:30, accompanied by a reluctant smile, a fulfilling day came to an end.

He might not be able to immediately recite how much difficult material he absorbed today, but he clearly understood three things:

  1. I confidently spoke up.
  2. My body and mind are becoming stronger.
  3. Learning is something full of security and joy.

As a school that practices pragmatism and helps children grow up slowly, New Taipei City Vivaldi International Experimental Education Institution never rushes to push children into rigid standard answers. We use music as our canvas, integrating language, physical skills, and core subjects to accompany children step by step, helping them find their own pace of growth. Every day at Vivaldy is deeply documented in the life path of mutual harmony between teachers and students, growing naturally!
